Today I was literally slaying in my outfit Aspirers! I turned a basic outfit to a wow outfit by adding a pop of color. It’s spring time here in North Carolina and with my neon blazer you could tell I was ready!

Are you loving my outfit? If so don’t forget to like and share.
For today’s outfit of the day I’m wearing a flowy sayings shirt, high waist jeans, ballerina strappy flat, and old school shades. If you want to recreate this look continue reading to find out where you can find this similar look.
Hey everyone! I hope you’ve been enjoying my recent posts and the new additions to my blog. The other day I was reorganizing my skirts and I couldn’t believe how many skirts I have. Some of the skirts still had tags attached. I decided to come up with ootd posts focusing on my skirts. This week’s ootd is about my favorite maxi skirt. It’s a simple black skirt and there are so many tops you can match it with.
Check out my video and see some of the looks I’ve created for you. Enjoy!
Those are just a few looks but what other looks can you think of. Comment below.
I love my outfit for this week’s outfit of the day. My focus is on color. Color top and color pants. My outfits are here for ideas and to help people step out of their comfort level. I’m not into name brands. I like what I like. I don’t know what’s your salary but I love to show affordable pieces so everyone can purchase them too.
I have something special for you all today. This ootd is a do it yourself project and anyone can do it! This pink top came from a Forever 21 romper I had. I cut the romper in half because it was way too short for my long legs. I didn’t want to just throw my romper away so I continue to use it as a shirt.
For my bottoms I purchase them at a local thrift store. It’s that old school thick denim. I picked an oversize pair of shorts because I wanted to wear them high waisted. I didn’t like the length of the shorts originally so cuffed and hemmed the shorts. After I did that I thought the shorts looked a little plain. I decided to go to Hobby Lobby ( I love that place. Much better than Michaels.) and purchased middle size metal studs to go on the back pocket. Above you see the final results.
I hope you like this weeks #ootdMonday. Check out my blog later in the week for new posts.
