2016

Happy New Year’s Eve

Hi Aspirers it’s New Year’s Eve can you believe it? Soon it’ll be goodbye 2016 and hello 2017 but before we say our goodbyes think about what is one thing you wish to bring into the new year and comment below.

Everything I’ve gone through this year the good and the bad was a learning lesson. This year I’ve noticed I’ve been praying more and more. I pray when I see an accident, a car stalled on the side of the road, when people are sick, when death happens, and I pray just because I want to and also when I need a good pick me up. Prayer will be coming into 2017 with me. I pray that 2017 will be an amazing year. I pray my success in life and my brand Aspire Oneself will continue to grow. I would love to continue with all my Aspirers because at the end of the day we are all aspiring to inspire.

Sincerely, Courtney Renee

It’s 4 days until 2017 so here are 4 things I’m looking forward to in 2017!

  1. Travel more of course
  2. Be around more family. My family is so spread out it’s nice to see and meet new and old faces
  3. I want the event I’m planning with another blogger be a success.
  4. Move into that loft I mentioned in my last year’s resolution.

What are 4 things you’re looking forward to in 2017? List them down below.

Sincerely, Courtney Renee

It’s only 5 days until 2017 and here is a list of 5 things I’ve done in 2016. What have you done? Comment below.

  1. Traveled to Hong Kong, China
  2. Visited and met some of my family members on my fathers side in Atlanta, Ga (I learned some things from my Caribbean roots)
  3. Went sightseeing in DC
  4. Started an online course at Parsons School of Design in NYC (there is no such thing as too much fashion in my life)
  5. Help take care of my mom. (I’m doing such a good job people ask if I’m a nurse lol)

I can’t wait to see what I’ll accomplish in 2017!

Sincerely, Courtney Renee

New Year’s Resolution

2016 is literally around the corner and for a lot of countries it’s already here but for the US we still have a little time to think about what happen in 2015 and focus on a better 2016.

So what are some of your resolutions? Have you thought about it? I know I have. If you can’t think of any think about what you didn’t complete in the previous years such as I wanted to get fit. Are you fit? If not make that your resolution. Just because you didn’t complete it that year doesn’t mean you should give up.

Here are my top 3 goals for 2016:

  • Travel (I’m leaving for Hong Kong soon)
  • Move out and get a new place maybe a loft.
  • Get a blog post publish for a website or magazine. I wouldn’t mine both.

I think I can accomplish that. I have other things I want to accomplish but I’ll keep them to myself for now.

What are your top resolution goals for 2016? Leave a comment below if you want to share. It could help someone else decide on their goals too.

Sincerely, Courtney Renee
